David Ellis Real Estate acting as general contractor has designed and built new homes, and a subdivision. The subdivision project involved several meetings with the City Planning and Zoning, City Council, and Building inspection to propose and obtain their approval of the project The project consisted of grading the land, adding lime to stabilize the base of the paving areas, building sewer with man hole, water lines, drainage system, along with the installing the proper steel and paving of a city street and curbs with alleys.
