The purpose of this site is to tell Students, parents and others of how badly my son was treated by College Station Texas Police Officer Andy Murph and how he got caught up in the court system of College Station which ended up costing more than $5000.00. My son was tricked by Andy Murph, however had my son watched this YouTube TAPE he would have known how to handle the situation and the COP would have never been able charge my son with anything. I urge both students and parents to watch this tape because not only will it keep cops from tricking you but it could save you thousands. I believe there are other stories that have not been told about Andy Murph and should be.

The College Station Police Department Requires that their Officers to have “HIGH MORAL CHARACTER”.

I going to tell you what happened to my son in College Station and you be the judge. My son and his 3 roommates lived in a home in College Station which they had rented. They decided to have a party in their home and yes there were girls, beer, and noise and sometime during the party there was a knock at the door and it was a Cop. This cop’s name is Andy (Andrew) Murph, a very important lesson here is Never open the door wide so a cop can see inside the home. The best thing is for the owner or person in charge answer the door step outside and SHUT the door behind them so the cop can’t see inside. That is not what happened here, someone opened the door wide so the officer could see inside and he saw my son with a BEER in his hand and asked him if he lived here. The next question was do you have an ID and son being 20 years old told the cop he was someone else. The cop checked it out and found out he was someone else he then arrested him for false ID (up to $2000 fine) AND MIP (around $400.00 fine) . My son knows he is going to jail, he asks the cop if he can go to the bathroom before they left and the cop says NO. Cop puts my son in the back seat his Locked cop car. My son asks several more times ( 6-7 times) to go pee Cop says NO. Then before they leave my son’s house there is a small fender bender out front so the cop gets out and handles the accident which takes more time. So my son can wait no longer and has to pee in the cop car (remember he has handcuffs on) and there are people around the party and outside that witness all this. SO what does the Cop do you ask? He writes my son another ticket for misc. mischief. ( around $400 fine). Think about this for a minute... any cop that would lock someone up in the back seat of a cop car with handcuffs on, after they have asked the cop to let them go to the bathroom (some 8 times) and then writes them another ticket (around $400) when they do pee in the car. I believe that was a Chicken Shit thing for Andrew Murph to do to my son and it takes a Chicken Shit Cop to do it. Lets all remember this is all from a can of BEER in his own home. Also when they both got to the station the cop hands my kid a mop to clean up the car with. This cost over $5000 for all the fines, fees, attorney, bail bondsman, etc. (FOR A BEER). The main thing that gets me the most is the way YOU ANDREW MURPH treated my kid. Also it was a nice touch at the end of all this for one of the officers of the court gave my son a choice writing a letter of apology OR paying even more money. I hope that someone will see this and decide if they really want to employ, respect, or even know Andrew Murph.
